Activities will include vigilling, music, speakers and “Peace Race” actions led by members of Kansas City Iraq Veterans Against the War. Speakers will include an Iraqi refugee and Iraq war veteran.

Traditional Iraqi cuisine will be served, prepared by Iraqi refugees
and volunteers. Contribution of $20 per person. Proceeds from the
dinner will be used to assist local Iraqi refugee education and
emergency needs.

An Iraq Cooking Class will also be offered in support of Iraqi refugee
education and emergency needs. We will keep you posted regarding the
date, time, cost and location.
